kco spinocerebellar degenaration since 17 y/o
initially p/w sudden fall and loss of balance during school n deteriorate since then
has normal cognitive function.can do simple calculation and reading
currently p/w suddently fall / worsening gait and imbalance

has broad base gait
tend to fall to left side(he's reeling on 1 side)
has - romberg sign
on exam of upper limb
arm drift
rebound phenomenon
finger nose test
-pass pointing
-dysdiadochokinesia
on head
nystagmus
scannind/staccato speech
titubation
on trukal
trunkal ataxia
on lower limb
heel knee -
pendular knee jerk
aetiology
- cerebellar imnfarc/hemorrhage(acute)
- tumor(sub acute,to weeks)
- spinocerebellar ataxia/SCA (chronic)#AD cerebellar degenerative disease
