Second year medical school?huh

Tak sangka ,tak lama lagi akan masok second year..itu bermakna tak lama lagi makin byak la workload ak,maken byk la time expenditure ak agkny...seronok plak bla pk sal im goin to leran more.tapi bkn tu yang aku risaukan..year by yaer,im getting older n older..perhaps my knowledge in this field(supposedly) is improving..haha but the truth?haha still on my way to find the best answer for this quest.
Alhmdllh got mesg from lil bro in Egypt ,he passes all the exm..tumpang gembira kat budak tu.same field ,same course.. make it easier 4 me to understand what he’s goin through..teringat b4 si budak tu exam beriya bajet risau sini sana.lepas habis one paper after one paper tuko2 risaunye.tak habis risau paper ni risau kat next paper.haha,actually i really understand his feeling..sama ja aku klu nak exm..suma internal organ rasenye clenching..tapi budak tu blom lagi dapat rasa macam yang ak rasa.bg aku,medic is not merely just a subject..it’s also not the matter of passing the exm,the success after 1 paper over another, it’s not even about the ranking . bagi ak medic ni more towards the matter of faith..the faith toward allah.. on how dependent us on him .tanpa kt sedar ke tak,tanpa kt tau ke tak and even tanpa kt persan ke tak..
Semakin lama aku blajo semakin bayak aku kagum dengn betapa agungnya zat allah..seriusly..no wonder allah penah cakap “adekah sama orang yang megetahui dgn tak megetahui” semalm tgk house.tgk2 cara si house tu diagnose aku sedar mak ai the things i learn at d 1st block is vanished. somehow it s bit kekecewaa, blajo tak igt bnda.so my job p recall balik all those things.luckly it was only bout blood clottg-thrombosis-embolisme followed with a disesase called Wilson’s disease..
What impressed me so much wasn’t bout all those med freak things..time recalling bout clotting process..masyallah..The word cascade really amazed me..ak terpikir tetibe..to be honest really that wasn’t my 1st hearing that “cascade” word but yet that day baru ak btl2 rasa ap erti cascade tu..
Kat bawh ni dia tnjk mcamn clottg tu takes place..

And interestingly it happens in cascading fashion.meaning..after 1 process takes place another process sets in..as if..ni ak bg example ea?cnthya after damage,A will be relased,as soon A is relased b will follow on and soon others will follow.korang nmpk x ape yang ak bayng?seolah2 bila A keluar dia kata “B, skang ko plak..p tutup damage tu” n lepas tu B lak kata “C, lps ni ko take over” sampailah akhrya the wound heals..kagumkan?sapa yang atur suma ni?btp precisenya allah dalam atur suma ni.jom kt kembali kat kat aq..jom kte p kat surah al mulk.surah yg rasullh xpenah pon tggl baca seblm dia tdor.ap agknya allah kata

Over everythg.. “ala kulli syaiin”..knpa agaknya allah xkata fi kulli syaiin,why it is not stated “in everything” instead the word over is chosen or to be more precise the word ‘ala’ instead of ‘fi’ is used?
“Over” bg ak lbh sounds authoritative ye x?pekataan “kullu” tupon..bermaksud allah ni ade kuase KEATAS SEMUA BNDA.dulu ak tak terpikirla smpai ke alam2 cell pon involve..(mmg tau tapi just tau gitu2 la tanpa btol2 mghargai..)amazingkan?mcmn allh tadbir alam dr sebesar2 bnda hingga sekecil2 bnda yang rasaya kte suma take things for granted ye x?tula banganya jadi muslim..berhutang budinya allah maseh beri hidayah ni..kalu allah tak bagi hidayah,tinggi mana pon ilmu kte kte xkan nmpak agungya kuase allah ni..betol tak?=D
